Ambassador Baali Activities in Washington, D.C.

 

On March 20, 2009, the Ambassador of Algeria met with Mr. Daniel B. Shapiro, Senior Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the National Security Council. During this meeting, Messrs.

Baali and Shapiro reviewed the current state of the Algerian-American bilateral relations, discussed the prospects and opportunities for their enhancement, and examined other regional and international issues of mutual interest, including the Middle East.
