Ambassador Abdallah Baali met with Senator James E. Risch

On March 12, 2013, Ambassador Abdallah Baali met with Senator James E. Risch (Republican, Idaho), Ranking Minority Member of the Subcommittee on Near Eastern and South and Central Asian Affairs of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.

During this meeting, Messrs. Baali and Risch expressed their satisfaction with the reinforcement of the relations between Algeria and the United States as illustrated by the launching of the U.S. Algerian Strategic Dialogue on October 19th 2012.

Ambassador Baali took also this opportunity to brief extensively Senator Risch on the situation prevailing in northern Mali as well as in the region.
