All applicants for Algerian visa residing within the constituency of the Consulate General of Algeria in New York, which includes all United States except the following states “Washington. DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia” have to submit in preference, directly their visa applications by walk in or by mail to:
