Power of Attorney (Procuration) for the Algerian citizen only
This document is issued to Algerian citizens living in the United States to enable them to grant someone living in Algeria the legal capacity to act on their behalf, represent them and conduct business or any transaction in their stead. Power of Attorney can only be granted on behalf of the applicant who must necessarily submit his/her application in person at the Embassy.
Documentation Required
- One (1) Application Form to be filled out and signed by the applicant at the Embassy.
- Notarized Proof of identity (Passport or National identity card). All other documents are not considered valid.
- A non-refundable US Post Office money-order only acceptable (individual) made payable to the order of the Embassy of Algeria in the amount of $1 .
Legalization of Business Documents for US companies or companies established in the USA
The Embassy of Algeria can certify the legality of any business document legalized and certified as such by the State Department of residence and by the U.S. State Department. Please add a copy and $75 US Postal Money Order for each document.
