Requirements

- Copy of consular card

- Application available at the embassy

- Recent birth certificate

- Three (3) similar recent passport-sized photographs

- Previous Identity Card if any.

- $1,25 Money Order to the order of the Embassy of Algeria

 Applicants must apply in person at the Embassy. ID Card cannot be mailed.
