In conformity with the prerogatives conferred to him by Articles 77-8 and 78-7 of the Constitution and by virtue of Article 49 of Organic Law on the Judiciary, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, operated a partial reshuffling in the corps of Presidents of Courts of Justice and General Prosecutors of the Court.

 

The reshuffling included transfers, new nominations, and expirations of terms of office. The Court Presidents whose term of office has expired are destined to be appointed to the Supreme Court.
