| Seychelles | Yemen | | Malaysia | Mauritania | Syrian Arab Republic | | Nationals of the States mentioned below, holding Diplomatic and Official Passports (Passeports de service) do not need a visa to travel to Algeria: | Argentina
| Malaysia | South Africa | | Benin | Mali | Spain (effective as of Jan. 2008)
