The fourth International Arab Film festival of Oran (Algeria) kicked off in the presence of artists, intellectuals and Culture ministry's representatives.

Organized by the ministry of Culture under the high patronage of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, the festival honoured three illustrious Arab figures from the world of Art, namely the late Larbi Zekkal, actress Chafia Boudraa (Algeria) and artist Hayet El Fahd (Kuwait). Organizers honoured those figures for their art careers and their contribution to the development and promotion of Arab film industry.
