Algerian music star Souad Massi interviewed on NPR

During her visit to Washington, last June 30, where she gave a concert held at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage and organized by the Embassy of Algeria in Washington DC, in partnership with the U.S.-Algeria Business Council (USABC) to celebrate Algeria’s Fiftieth Anniversary of Independence with the Algerian and Arab communities, the Algerian singer Souad Massi dropped by the prestigious National Public Radio (NPR) for a chat about her professional life, which she connected to her love for her beloved homeland, and also to give us a nice sample of her musical talent.
